Cooking Oil Sprayer Rocks My World

I have not bought cooking spray in years. I got one of these sprayers on Amazon and I am never out of cooking spray because I’m never out of oil. You just pour in the oil, pump and spray it on the cooking pan or directly on your food. I’ve lost 30 lbs using this thing to cook and flavor my food. For reelz!
